These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bdkt3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdkt3 platform, including all casino games, sportsbook services, live dealer tables, payment facilities, promotions, and customer support services ("the Services").

Account Registration Process

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the bdkt3 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

However, bdkt3 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

bdkt3 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from bdkt3 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits

bdkt3 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.

Funds deposited to your bdkt3 account are held for wagering purposes only. bdkt3 does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time, however processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. bdkt3 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of payment methods registered to another person is strictly prohibited. Any deposit made using third-party payment credentials will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes submission and approval of identity verification documents. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending verification and will not be processed until verification is complete.

In-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event. bdkt3 reserves the right to void in-play bets in the event of a significant delay between the occurrence of an event and the acceptance of a bet caused by a technology or data feed error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdkt3 platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; the submission of false identity documents; or any other act of fraud directed against bdkt3 or its payment processors.
• Money laundering: Using the bdkt3 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. bdkt3 is obligated to report suspected money laundering activity to appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker, blackjack, or other competitive formats.

• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform.
• Losses arising from the actions or inactions of third-party payment providers, game providers, or data feed suppliers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in withdrawal processing caused by payment provider procedures or compliance checks.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bdkt3's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bdkt3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdkt3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bdkt3 will notify registered players via the email address registered on their account or via a notification displayed upon login. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

bdkt3 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false or misleading registration information; failure to complete identity verification; or for any other reason that bdkt3 determines in its sole discretion to be in the best interests of the platform's integrity or legal compliance.

In the event of account closure by bdkt3 for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in its entirety, including real money balances, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.

bdkt3 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to offshore gambling operators.
